Yes! An important note first, we have begun limiting the use of vegan in our menu signs and online. You will start seeing “plant-based” as an indicator that an item has been made without any animal-based ingredients.
Many of our sauces at The Shore, that previously were made with mayonnaise have been reformatted to use a plant-based mayonnaise, making them vegan friendly. We have also made sure to have plant-based proteins available as regular menu offerings. This may look like plant-based chicken, plant-based chorizo, Beyond and Morningstar sausage and burgers. We also know that not everyone wants a meat alternative as their plant-based meal, we have expanded our sides and entrees that are built around beans, legumes, tofu, or use non-dairy alternatives where butter or milk may have been used previously.
The Shore and Wagoner at breakfast have also added Just Egg patty’s and scrambled eggs, for a plant-based omelet or breakfast entree. All of our made-to-order stations have a wide variety of vegetables that can be incorporated into your sandwich, grain bowl, or noodle bowl.
Keep an eye out for the vegan icon on our menu screens to more easily identify our plant-based options. You can also use our website to filter out items that are not vegan!
