Navigating Dietary Restrictions at the Shore

When dining with a food allergy, we ask that you notify an associate at the time of ordering. We rely on our vendors' allergy warnings and ingredient listings. Because ingredient substitutions, recipe revisions as well as cross-contact with allergens are possible, we cannot guarantee any food item will be completely free of allergens or gluten. To view ingredient and allergen statements please review our online menus or utilize the digital menu screens available at each station.

Milk Allergy

Shellfish Allergy

Fish Allergy

Sesame Allergy

Soy Allergy

The vegetable oil that we use as our standard cooking oil may contain soy as an ingredient. This product has been verified as safe for consumption for individuals with soy allergies. For stations where items are cooked to order, extra virgin olive oil is available to be used upon request.

Gluten / Celiac / Wheat Allergy

Plant Based Dining

Within the Shore, we make it a priority to offer a variety of fruit and vegetable-based dishes prepared without animal-based ingredients. For all stations that offer an animal-based protein, we will always have a plant-based alternative.

Peanut / Tree Nut Allergy

As of December 2025, The Shore facility has been Certified Free from peanuts and tree nuts. If you have questions about specific items you may see, do not hesitate to ask staff to see the package.
